預警-阿根廷拟對我(wǒ)(wǒ)發起合成纖維經編針織布反傾銷調查
2022年10月24日，中(zhōng)國駐阿根廷使館經商(shāng)處收到阿根廷經濟部政策和貿易管理副國務秘書(shū)處照會，通告阿方收到國内業界書(shū)面申請，要求對原産于中(zhōng)國的合成纖維經編針織布展開(kāi)反傾銷調查。涉案産品名稱：合成纖維經編針織布（拉舍爾），彈性紗線含量大(dà)于或等于5%（不含橡膠線），寬度小(xiǎo)于或等于 30 厘米；一(yī)邊或兩邊的非直邊帶，合成纖維材質，彈性紗線含量大(dà)于或等于 5%（不含橡膠線）；涉案産品西文：Tejidos de punto por urdimbre (raschel), de fibras sintéticas, con un contenido de hilados de elastómeros superior o igual al 5% en peso (sin hilos de caucho), de ancho inferior o igual a 30 cm; y cintas con uno o ambos bordes no rectilíneos, de fibras sintéticas, con un contenido de hilados de elastómeros superior o igual al 5% en peso (sin hilos de caucho)；涉案産品南(nán)共市海關編碼：6002.40.20和6307.90.90。我(wǒ)(wǒ)會現将涉案商(shāng)品出口巴西情況分(fēn)析如下(xià)：根據阿根廷海關數據統計，涉案商(shāng)品2021年自中(zhōng)國進口金額爲1353.41萬美元，同比上升94.66%。2021年10月至2022年9月12個月自中(zhōng)國進口1867.8萬美元，同比上升61.37%。2021年涉案商(shāng)品主要出口省市爲浙江、廣東和上海。
